HostRegCheck provides short-term rental listing registration readiness checks based on information submitted by users.

Paid Digital Report

The Single Listing Report is currently priced at 39 EUR per submitted report. The free preview is shown before payment. Payment unlocks the generated report and PDF download for the submitted listing record.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for submitting information you are allowed to process, checking the report before making listing updates, and confirming local requirements when needed.

Consumer and Local Rights

When you unlock a report, generation and access may begin immediately. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or data protection rights that apply in your country.

Limitations

Reports are informational readiness checks. They do not replace guidance from local authorities, qualified advisors, or legal professionals.

Acceptable Use

Do not submit content you are not permitted to process, harmful files, or misleading information.

Changes

The service and these terms may be updated as HostRegCheck evolves.
