Controller and Scope

This policy explains how HostRegCheck handles information submitted through hostregcheck.com for listing readiness checks.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you submit in the scan form, including email, country, city, platform, listing URL, listing text, report language, number of listings, and optional screenshot. Payment status, report status, generated report content, PDF access links, and support notes may also be stored.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to generate the free preview, process payment when applicable, generate the full report, provide PDF downloads, prevent misuse, keep service records, and respond to support or deletion requests.

AI and Service Providers

Report generation may send submitted listing details to the AI provider configured by the service operator, including APIMart's OpenAI-compatible Responses API. Hosting, database, and storage may use Cloudflare services. Payments may use Stripe or another configured payment provider.

EU/EEA Rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may also contact your local data protection authority. Mandatory rights under local law remain unaffected.

Retention

Records are kept only as long as needed for service operation, payment records, support, security, and reasonable audit needs, unless deletion is requested and no longer retention is required.
